What does a session feel like?
It depends on the device. EMSculpt NEO feels like an intense workout with gentle warming as it contracts muscle and heats fat. CryoSkin feels cold as it targets fat, tones, and soothes skin. EndoSpheres feels like a smooth, rhythmic roller massage for lymphatic drainage. Morpheus8 Burst (RF microneedling) is done with numbing cream; you'll feel warmth and mild pressure. All are well tolerated.
How many sessions will I need?
EMSculpt NEO is typically about 4 sessions over 2–4 weeks. CryoSkin and EndoSpheres work best as a short series, and Morpheus8 Burst is usually 1–3 sessions. Your provider sets a personalized plan at consultation.
Who isn't a candidate?
Not during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Energy/RF devices (EMSculpt NEO, Morpheus8 Burst) aren't for those with metal/electronic implants in the area or pacemakers/defibrillators. CryoSkin isn't for cold-related disorders (e.g., cold urticaria, cryoglobulinemia). These treatments tone and contour — they aren't weight-loss tools and work best near your goal weight.
How soon do results show?
Results are gradual. EMSculpt NEO changes develop over several weeks to about 3 months. CryoSkin fat reduction shows over about 4–6 weeks. Morpheus8 Burst skin tightening builds over weeks to months as collagen forms, while EndoSpheres can smooth and de-puff more quickly.
